Independent Greek Orthodox Church of America, San Francisco

This symbol needed to represent both the Greek Orthodox faith as well as San Francisco. The vertical lines in the eagle mirror those in the Golden Gate Bridge while the tail feathers mirror the waters of San Francisco bay. The symbol also had to work as an embossed stamp.
